Product functions but not Bluetooth compatible... Happy with the product, but how can you say it's Bluetooth compatible? It's only compatible AFTER I send it back to you for 45 days to flash the software. The packaging and the product both have the Bluetooth logo, leading me to believe that it is compatible. It is not!!! Now I have to do without it for 45 days so you can do what you say is already done. You call this an upgrade. It is NOT an upgrade. It is making the product match the way you told me it already was. Not at all happy about that. And 45 days to flash the software to the way you advertised it already was??? Not exactly an efficient company are you?

The Best Surge Protector On The Market Rv tech for 22 years and Southwire always does an amazing job with these surge protectors. this one is amazing with the blue tooth capability my customers love it.

app does not work just purchased this, the device seems to work fine. the app indicates no voltage is flowing through it, and the power is turned off.

Your Website on Legacy Product - Seeking Manual First of all when I put my model number in for the surge protector it comes up with nothing. For example: Surge Guard Model 34830 which is an earlier product, but not real old. My unit keeps flashing the Caution light and have not idea what that means or how important it is. PRODUCT LITERATURE AND SAFTY INFORMAITON SHOULD ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE IT IT DOES NOT SEEM TO BE ACCESSIBLE HERE.. Again Model number is 34830

Solid performance I bought my first SurgeGuard 34931 when I purchased my RV in 2019 knowing I wanted protection. The unit has worked as promised. And when I had a failure, Southwire stood up to it's reputation and sent a replacement.

When trying to pair through the app, no passkey comes up and I'm told it cannot connect. Where can I get a valid passkey?

Can the 34931 be used with an inverter? Generator?

Cannot find device (34931 30A). Tried setting up on App. Bluetooth says Surge REM... connected. I can get to searching for device and it just sits there. I also have Surge Guard 40301 and it can't find the device either.
