These units transfers to generator power automatically when energized after 30 second delay (generator mode). When both shore and generator power are available, generator dominates after 30 second delay. Once generator shuts down, shore power activates after a 3 second delay.

Do you sell parts for the 40350RVC? The shore power relay does not work properly, only the generator relay. I'm not sure if it is called a relay. I cannot find a nomenclature diagram anywhere.

I have the Surge Guard ATS model 40350RVC.   How do I remove the cover for installation?  There appear to be two screws holding the cover on, but after removing these screws the cover will still not come off.  No info online reference this issue

Does it cause a problem with the surge guard if there is another unit in line with the hard wire unit.

Is this Southwire 40450RVC identical to the Southwire Surge Guard Model 41260?  I need this unit to also have a recptical that allows a remote indicator recptical AND a plug for a Silverleaf controller too plug into.

When working should my south wire in rv show luminated green light? Mine shows no lights on when van power on.
