Bought to strip 20-22 AWG I bought these because I need to strip 22 gauge wire. Packaging say it will strip 22 AWG. Works great down to 20. Will not strip 22 AWG.

Upper plate on strippers are loose and won’t hold the wire, I tighten all screws but won’t tighten the plate, any suggestions on how to repair. Brian Mitchell

Where can I find parts for this model automatic stripper model SA822? The part that grabs and holds the wire stationary while the cutter shears the covering off the wire snapped! Very weak part in my estimation and caused a three hour delay in my job site

Does it strip up to #8 stranded AWG? Most similar strippers says #8-20 solid and #10-22 stranded.
