On the step one strut line you show 5/8 then 7/8. Kindorf "B" comes in 13/16" we should just use 7/8 or am I missing something...?

You can use the 7/8" marking safely or you can mark your own strut line at 13/16" (without the tool) and the continue to steps 2 and 3 using the tool normally.

Why is the 1/2 and 3/4 center hole offset oppose to all the pipe sizes being lined up

The offset of the ½ and ¾ conduit marking line does not need to be in line on the tool as its used to generate a crosshair. Thank you.
